I am doing a no carb diet, and was wondering what kinds of vitamins and/ or supplements I should probably be taking to try to balance myself out.

Not trying to criticize, but I don’t know of any vitamins or supplements u could take that will give u energy the same as carbs do. I have heard that royal jelly will give an energy boost but i don’t know how reliable that is – whether it makes ur body use carbs more efficiently or it has its own energy.
